Job Description:

- To provide pertinent data to aid in the creation of the payroll system, particularly for international workers. To keep track of and regularly update the attendance records for every employee.
- Helping the HR Manager with the hiring process, including reference checks, employee orientation, business handover items, and ID and badge preparation.
- HR-related circular - to comprehend worker's compensation regulations and assist the employer and employee in navigating the compensation procedure, such as for PERKESO, EPF, and other things. reviewing and obtaining certification for HR-related invoices, such as clinic claims, renewals for foreign workers, and driver fees for transport arrangements, before submitting them to the Account Dept.
- Any other ad hoc assignments.

Job Requirement:

- Degree in Human Resource Management or any other related field.
- Extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labor legislation.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related field.
