SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Performance Marketing Lead will be responsible for optimizing and automating channel operations to support platform MAU and user growth for Omnicommerce. Key tasks include managing paid channels, implementing go-to-market strategies, analyzing channel performance, performing A/B testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing media investment guidelines for marketing campaigns.

Critical Tasks:
  • Manage paid channels to support platform MAU and user growth for Omnicommerce.
  • Lead channel integration and progress with Product/Tech/Analytics teams.
  • Analyze channel performance to set strategies and improve landing pages and ad content.
  • Perform heavy A/B testing to improve channel CTR and conversions.
  • Collaborate with user growth, branding, commercial, campaign, and other departments.
  • Develop and implement media investment guidelines for marketing campaigns.
  • Create a data-led approach across paid and non-paid channels.
  • Track performance and provide optimization recommendations.
  • Deliver post-campaign analysis and create internal materials for regional knowledge building.
