Role Overview:

We're seeking a Strategic Growth Leader to drive key strategic projects that fuel our growth. This role involves working directly with C-level executives and leadership, providing insights through data-driven analysis and helping shape our company's direction.

About the Position:

This is a leadership development role, offering exposure to multiple teams and opportunities for growth. You'll rotate through various business functions like Sales, Marketing, and Operations to gain deep understanding of our operations and strategic challenges.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Execute Strategies: Work closely with senior leadership to develop and refine strategies driving business growth and operational excellence.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure holistic problem-solving.
  3. Leadership Development: Demonstrate potential for future P&L leadership roles, influencing our company's growth and direction.
  4. Initiative Management: Own, lead, and execute end-to-end management of high-impact, cross-functional global initiatives.
  5. Problem Solving & Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within business processes, propose solutions, and implement changes to drive efficiency and performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or business-related roles. Prior entrepreneurial experience or those with P&L responsibility are highly welcomed to apply.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in people management, developing high-performing teams.
  • Growth Mindset: Excellent problem-solving skills, breaking down complex challenges into clear actions to drive growth.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong cross-functional communication skills, expressing complex ideas succinctly and effectively.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-starter with ability to work in fast-paced environments, thrive in ambiguity, and lead with bias to action.
