Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all phases of construction projects, ensuring they run smoothly and stay on schedule. This includes supervising project teams, maintaining clear communication with clients, developing and managing project budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality levels.

  • Project Planning & Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, coordinating with project teams, engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and workers.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate with project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and achieving project goals.
  • Client Liaison: Maintain regular communication with clients, updating them on progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring projects stay within financial constraints.
  • Quality & Safety Assurance: Ensure all work complies with safety standards and meets required quality levels.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues or delays that arise during projects, minimizing disruption and ensuring smooth project progression.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing construction projects.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and project management software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must be open to frequent travel to various construction sites.
