Main Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Team Management: The successful candidate will lead a team of finance professionals in the shared services center, driving high levels of performance, motivation, and development.
  • Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the shared services center, ensuring the timely processing of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Process Improvement: Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure that all finance processes comply with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors regarding finance services.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or professional accounting certification such as CPA, CMA preferred).
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role.
  • Proven experience managing finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
  • Strong understanding of financial systems, accounting principles, and regulatory standards.
  • Experience with process optimization and automation tools.
