Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify new sales opportunities through market research and client analysis.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers, delivering exceptional support and tailored recommendations.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish sales targets, analyze performance metrics, and implement improvements for maximum efficiency.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, industry activities, and competitor strategies to capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts to guide business decisions.
  • CRM & Technology Utilization: Leverage CRM tools and technology to optimize sales operations and customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to manage an international team with different languages.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
