Job Description:

The Living Depot Puchong Sdn. Bhd. - Hardware Shop is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of General Clerk. As an Administrative Support Officer, you will be responsible for managing inventory, handling customer inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, orders, and shipments.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and documentation duties with precision and efficiency.
  • Assist in billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor stock levels, identify discrepancies, and take corrective action to prevent losses.
  • Process orders, handle returns, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.
