**Job Brief**

As a key member of the Konica Minolta Business Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production operations of our plastic injection molding facility.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. **Lead Production Team**: Direct and supervise the daily activities of the production team to ensure efficient and effective operation of the facility.
  2. **Optimize Production Capacity**: Analyze production data and implement strategies to maximize production output and minimize downtime.
  3. **Quality Control**: Ensure that all products meet the required quality standards by implementing and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and conducting regular quality checks.
  4. **Training and Development**: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to production team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  5. **Reporting and Analysis**: Compile and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to management.
  6. **Process Improvement**: Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  7. **5S and Process Checks**: Conduct regular 5S audits and process checks to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  8. **ISO Compliance**: Ensure that all production activities are in compliance with ISO 14000, 18000, and 9001 quality standards.
  9. **Stock Management**: Assist in the monthly stock count and ensure accurate inventory records.

**Requirements**

  1. **Qualification**: A minimum of a Diploma or Certificate in Electrical and Electronics or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
  2. **Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastic moulding.
  3. **Skills**: Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  4. **Language**: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu.
