Fundraising Strategist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced fundraising strategist to join our team at Yayasan Ar Ri'ayah. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative fundraising strategies to enhance the foundation's financial sustainability.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative fundraising strategies to enhance the foundation's financial sustainability.
• Enhance and optimize existing fundraising programs to maximize revenue generation and donor engagement.
• Prepare comprehensive proposals, strategic plans, budgets, and supporting materials for the foundation's fundraising initiatives.
• Identify, secure, and manage grants and sponsorship funding to support the foundation's programs and initiatives.
• Act as the primary liaison between the foundation and donors, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
• Strategize and execute stakeholder engagement initiatives to foster strong, long-term partnerships that contribute to the foundation's strategic fundraising objectives.
• Compile and present performance evaluation reports on the effectiveness and impact of the foundation's fundraising programs and projects to the Chief Executive Officer.
