About the Position

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Interior Designer at I DESIGN CONCEPT SDN BHD in Melaka. You will be responsible for managing the design and sales process from initial consultation to project completion.

You will work closely with clients to understand their space requirements, design preferences, and budget constraints. Your primary responsibility will be to develop custom, visually appealing, creative, and innovative interior design concepts that meet the client's needs and vision.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and collaborate closely with clients to understand their space requirements, design preferences, and budget constraints.
  • Develop custom, visually appealing, creative, and innovative interior design concepts that meet the client's needs and vision.
  • Present design ideas and solutions to clients in a persuasive and professional manner.
  • Sales & Customer Engagement: generate new business by prospecting and building strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Address client concerns or issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction throughout the design process.
  • Prepare detailed design plans, drawings, and renderings to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Select and specify appropriate materials, furnishings, and finishes to bring the design to life.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of the design.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the design and installation process.
  • Presentation & Showroom Management: maintain and organize showroom displays and conduct product demonstrations to showcase designs and concepts to clients.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure successful implementation of approved designs.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
