About the role

At Oxydata Software, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Developer Associate to join our team.

The primary objective of this position is to implement and perform module setup for our HR Management System, Rymnet HRMS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough requirement studies and deliver training sessions to ensure seamless system adoption.
  • Collaborate closely with our Tech Development team to coordinate customization efforts.
  • Provide top-notch support to end-users, resolving technical and functional issues efficiently.

Accountabilities:

  • Effectively manage project timelines and ensure delivery according to agreed-upon scope.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all control documents.
  • Verify results during parallel run and UAT phases to guarantee accuracy.
  • Support clients within specified SLA parameters, providing feedback and facilitating communication.
  • Ensure smooth handover of responsibilities to Customer Support upon client readiness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computing and Software Development or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft software applications.
  • At least one year of experience in full-cycle web application development.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Programming knowledge.
  • Familiarity with IT systems logical processes and flows.
  • Experience with HR Management Systems.
  • Strong networking skills with external customers.
  • Understanding of HR processes and industry best practices.
  • SQL expertise.
  • Basic understanding of Cloud Infrastructure.
