Job Description

This role requires a highly motivated and experienced individual to monitor and support our 24/7 Content Delivery Network (CDN) in Malaysia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the performance of CDN and cloud services comply with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), investigating critical alerts, documenting network issues, and providing first-level IT support to internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure the performance of CDN and cloud services complies with SLAs.
  2. Investigate critical alerts and restore normal operations.
  3. Document and track network issues.
  4. Provide first-level IT support to internal teams.
  5. Enforce security protocols and grant access to systems.
  6. Assess the impact of maintenance activities on nodes.
  7. Address cases involving copyright violations, illegal content, and other abuse activities.
  8. Participate in projects.
  9. Provide support via email, web portals, and phone.
  10. Collaborate with escalation teams to resolve service issues.
Requirements
  1. Malaysians only.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
  3. Domain experiences desired: Linux, RHCSA, HTML, CCNA, DNS, TCP/IP, etc.
  4. Experienced level: 0-3 years.
  5. Open to Fresh graduates; internship experience in NOC/IT support, or enterprise technical support roles is a plus.
  6. Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends & Public Holidays.
  7. Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Mandarin is a plus.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
