We are a leading company in the FMCG industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services to our customers. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by partnering with department heads to develop and implement strategic workforce plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Management: Assess the current workforce and forecast future talent needs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manpower Planning: Support department heads in developing short-, medium-, and long-term manpower plans.
  • Hiring Process: Manage end-to-end hiring processes, from job requisitions and interviews to offer management.
  • Culture and Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance teamwork and collaboration.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance management cycle, including goal setting, feedback, and improvement plans.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Provide guidance on compensation structures and hiring strategies.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a HR Business Partner, with experience in managing HR projects and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
  • Skillset: Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws, excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, and experience within the FMCG industry.
