Main ResponsibilitiesHR Operations:
- Ensure accurate and timely update of employee data, including new joiner profiles, staff movements, resignations, and salary adjustments.
- Manage contract renewals, staff confirmations, and payroll tasks, such as keying in new joiner CP22, PERKESO, advance payroll, and payroll filing.
- Prepare HR letters and documents, and organize HR events to enhance employee engagement.
Administrative Tasks:
- Support the HR department in various administrative tasks, including issuing purchase orders (POs), processing name cards, and managing employee medical benefits and insurance.
- Assist in processing monthly finance invoices, prepare onboarding items for new staff, and handle EITA enquiry emails.
- Update and maintain the company contact list, perform other responsibilities and duties assigned from time to time, and identify any inefficiencies for improvement.
