We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Flexiroam. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing digital marketing initiatives and driving the success of our eSim Data Roaming business.

Responsibilities
  • Digital Media Buy: Plan and execute digital media buying campaigns across various channels to acquire new customers and promote Flexiroam's products and services.
  • Social Media Marketing: Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with our target audience, build brand awareness, and drive traffic to our website and app.
  • UX/UI Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize the user experience and interface of our mobile app platform to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Digital Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising, to achieve business objectives.
  • Retention Marketing: Implement strategies to retain existing customers, including email marketing, loyalty programs, and app push campaigns.
  • Affiliate Marketing: Manage and expand our affiliate marketing program to drive additional revenue and customer acquisition.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on the areas mentioned above.
  2. Strong understanding of digital media buying, social media marketing, and UX/UI optimization.
  3. Experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  4. Knowledge of retention marketing strategies, including email marketing, loyalty programs, and app push notifications.
  5. Familiarity with affiliate marketing and partnership management.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
