As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and selection. Your primary goal will be to provide top talent to our client organization with the appropriate skills to fill open positions.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage recruitment of all requisitions within scope, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers locally and regionally, providing coaching and training to improve hiring processes.
  3. Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize efficiency and inform decision-making, enabling proactive planning of workforce needs.
  4. Deliver a robust talent assessment process and rigor across all hiring teams, ensuring the best talent is selected.
  5. Proactively share market and competitive intelligence with Business & P&O colleagues to inform talent, business, and organizational design decisions.
  6. Partner with Sourcing Specialists to support current hiring requirements, focusing on niche and business-critical skill areas.
  7. Ensure accurate updates to Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and compliance with labor and employment laws.
  8. You must have 10+ years of relevant experience in full life cycle recruitment, preferably in pharmaceutical industry.
  9. Exceptional assessment and interviewing skills, with a strong command of assessment methodologies.
  10. Ability to manage complex relationships with Senior Leaders and partner with P&O peers to deliver a talent agenda.
  11. Expertise in regional hiring trends, with a focus on pharmaceutical industry and Commercial function.
  12. Effective communication and influencing skills, with ability to extract and interpret data from internal and external sources.
  13. Fluency in English and Chinese is required, with ability to navigate complex environments.
