To effectively manage single and multi-party personal or commercial line claims of moderate to high exposure and complexity, ensuring timely resolution while delivering customer-centric claims service. Key responsibilities include document claims files, exercise judgment to determine liability and policy verification, work towards timely claim resolution, establish reserves, assess damages, negotiate settlements, and meet quality standards.

Key Accountabilities
  • Document claims data in compliance with best practices for single and multi-party claims.
  • Exercise judgment to determine liability by gathering and analyzing relevant facts.
  • Determine policy verification and coverage by analyzing applicable coverage.
  • Work towards timely claim resolution by developing case strategy, escalating issues as needed, establishing timely reserves, and performing ongoing review.
