Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement IT governance strategies to ensure effective project management and risk assessment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and assess risks associated with IT projects, developing mitigation plans where necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and bank policies through regular reviews and audits.
  • Identify areas for process improvement, developing and implementing changes to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams on IT governance and risk management practices.
  • Participate in risk forums and discussions, contributing to the development of risk management strategies.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to improve staff awareness and understanding of IT governance and risk management practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on governance and risk management.
  • Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks, risk management methodologies, and project management tools.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
