The Role

• We are seeking a Senior Specialist to focus on the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for products in Open Channel.
• This position requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes in the telecommunication business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive GTM Plans: Create detailed end-to-end GTM execution plans for new product launches, upgrade and service offerings.
• Work closely with Product Development, Marketing and Regional Sales teams to ensure launch readiness.
• Ensure channel and product communications are aligned to business objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Facilitate team integration: Act as the liaison between Product Development, Marketing, Sales and Operations to ensure cohesive execution of GTM initiatives.

Market Intelligence & Performance Tracking

• Analyse GTM Effectiveness: Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of GTM strategies using performance data and market feedback.
• Implement data-driven improvements.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for GTM initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in telecommunications, technology, or a related industry, with a strong focus on go-to-market strategy and execution.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products or services in competitive markets.
