Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a skilled and efficient workforce.
  • Financial Management
    • Oversee budget planning, monitoring expenditures, and financial reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Logistics and Coordination
    • Coordinate logistics for events, workshops, and training sessions to support the advancement of AI and ML initiatives.
  • Administrative Support
    • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Collaboration and Liaison

    • Serve as a liaison between the center and other departments within the bank for administrative matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Familiarity with AI and ML concepts and their applications in banking is desirable.
  • Proven experience in HR and/or finance roles, preferably within a technology or banking environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR and finance principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in HR management software (e.g., Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and financial management software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Xero, QuickBooks).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
