We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team at Micron Technology, Inc. As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate payment processing, reducing bad debt expenses, and maintaining healthy relationships with our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, or a related field, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for performing financial analysis, reconciliations, and reporting, as well as communicating effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cash application and reconcile customer accounts
  • Analyze and resolve payment discrepancies and issues
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and mail to resolve outstanding issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and payments
  • Collaborate with the credit and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate payment processing

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 1+ year of experience in accounts receivable, credit, or collections
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems
