Job Position

We are seeking a Senior Sales Representative to join our team. As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling and executing authorized products and promotional activities to drive business growth, building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell and execute authorized products and promotional activities to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Manage distributor order planning and validate sell-out claims to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Coach the distributor sales team to achieve trade execution excellence and improve sales results.
  • Ensure continuous availability of products and regular rotation of stock levels.
  • Implement correct shelf pricing and merchandising strategies to maximize sales potential.
  • Service all outlets in assigned territories as scheduled, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage daily settlements and collections of payments from customers.
  • Participate in sales activation and promotional activities to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with experience in distributors and customer management.
  • 1-3 years of experience in distributor sales, preferably in FMCG industries.
  • Willingness to travel daily and adapt to changing market conditions.
