Job Description

We are seeking a charismatic and strategic leader to join our team as a Director of Sales & Marketing. As a seasoned professional with a passion for hospitality, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to drive revenue and growth.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve exceptional results.
  4. Represent the hotel at industry events and conferences.
  5. Conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
