Key Responsibilities

As a Chemical R&D Expert, you will be responsible for developing innovative cementitious products that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will design and conduct laboratory experiments to enhance product performance, efficiency, and sustainability.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of research efforts with business operations and commercialization strategies. This includes collaborating with manufacturing, sales, and marketing departments to develop new products and improve existing ones.

You will analyze lab data and draw actionable conclusions to inform product development decisions. You will also identify opportunities to optimize production processes and formulations to enhance efficiency and reduce resource consumption.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in materials science or a related field, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in research and development. They should possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in data analysis and statistical software.
