The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic Client Partner to manage and grow our portfolio in the Enterprise space. As part of our growth plans, you will lead and manage the business as a P&L with accountability for profitable growth of accounts.

You will develop and nurture senior relationships within accounts, including at the Executive level. Your responsibilities will include strategic account planning, forming and maintaining strong account teams, and working closely with the Delivery organization, Service Lines, and Consulting to achieve successful outcomes for clients and Cognizant.

You will also be accountable for all operational aspects of accounts, including sales and pipeline management, forecasting, people management, margin improvement plans, and managing attrition and retention.
