Bhd. seeks a Talent Management and Payroll Specialist to manage day-to-day human resource functions, including payroll administration, leave management, compensation & benefits processing, staff movements record management, HR portal upkeep, data & reporting activities, and supporting the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll activities such as input validation, payment outputs, and statutory compliance for Malaysia with high accuracy.
  • Compile monthly HR reports, statistics, forecasts, and ad-hoc requests.
  • Tabulate sales incentives and variable pay elements accurately and promptly.
  • Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns in recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and employment laws and regulations.
  • Regularly audit payroll procedures and records.
  • Streamline payroll processes through procedure design, documentation, and implementation.
  • Act as the main liaison with external vendors for payroll, insurance, and claims.
  • Update employee data in HRIS with high accuracy and collaborate with the local HR team to improve employee experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business majors.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in payroll and talent management with a related company.
  • Proven track record in payroll processing, verification, and checking.
  • Solid knowledge of Malaysia regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Experience in dealing with external payroll vendors and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Independence, analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and adaptability.
  • Office 365 skills, mainly Ms Excel and Ms Word.
  • English communication skills (Mandarin speaking skill is an added advantage).
