We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Operations Specialist to join our team at Edwards Lifesciences. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing, consolidating and validating payroll inputs, and ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees and liabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including new hire registration, pay code setup, and shift management.
- Consolidate and validate payroll inputs from various sources, providing them to the payroll vendor as per the payroll calendar.
- Validate gross to net and other outputs from the payroll vendor to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure timely reporting to external and internal stakeholders, as defined by local legislation and internal SOPs.
- Provide supporting documentation for internal and external audits, demonstrating adherence to SOPs, HR policies, and legal legislation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Computer Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in payroll analysis and end-to-end payroll process.
- Experience in payroll vendor management.
