The Client

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Head of Sales while also interacting with customers and addressing their needs and enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and maintaining accurate records within our CRM system.
  • Analyze CRM data to generate reports and insights that inform the sales team's decision-making process.
  • Prepare and organize sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
  • Process and file contracts, invoices, and other essential sales-related documents.
  • Support the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role and sales support capacity.
  • Prior experience in preparing quotations, invoices, and order processing is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail are necessary.
  • The ability to communicate in Chinese is an added advantage due to potential interactions with Chinese clients.
