Sales and Operations Assistant

Job Summary
- Safetech Mobility Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Operations Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day sales support function and general administrative tasks.
- Key responsibilities include following up dealer quotations, proposals, orders, and delivery.
- Additionally, the role requires providing good customer support by handling incoming calls and inquiries.
- Maintaining the smooth flow of business operation is also a critical aspect of this position.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or above.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position; however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Required skills include Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency.
- Good English and Bahasa Malaysia written and verbal communication skills are essential.
