The Role
You will provide administrative and operational support to the Sr. Manager of People Business Partner with the execution of talent management programs and processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
- Confidentiality is a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling disciplinary cases, employee grievances, and performance improvement plans (PIPs).
- Creating various disciplinary documents.
- Maintaining and updating all trackers and reports utilized by the People Business Partner team.
- Oversighting employment confirmations and probationary period extensions for employees.
- Ensuring managers consistently adhere to the 30-60-90 Day New Hire Check-In process.
- Conducting exit interviews with departing employees.
About You
- 2-4 years of experience as an HR coordinator/associate or relevant human resources/administrative position.
- A startup or SME background is preferred.
- Prior experience in data, reporting, and analytics is an asset.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
