The Second Line of Defense (SLD) model is a cornerstone of our compliance approach, ensuring that our risk management activities are consistent across all countries and territories.

As a Manager, Compliance Assurance, you'll be responsible for performing risk-based reviews and other activities within the CA program.

You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to build strong relationships and promote the value of CA.

Your expertise will contribute to the execution of assurance activities, ensuring that all relevant standards, policies, and procedures remain fit for purpose and are subject to continuous assessment.

You'll also support the identification of appropriate review scope and contribute to the preparation of the country CA Indicative Annual Plan.

In addition, you'll prepare reports to inform key stakeholders of the outcome of review work, including rating findings and assigning owners/actions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of policies, procedures, processes, and internal controls.
  • Maintain quality assurance of the relevant CA program.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Support the Regional/Country Head of CA in coordinating with Internal Audit, Operational and Resilience Risk, and other assurance functions.
