Job SummaryWe seek a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) in the food delivery network.
Key Responsibilities- Nurture relationships with SMEs, focusing on building connections and driving platform growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact for these accounts, ensuring satisfaction and creating growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Management/Mass Communications or equivalent.
- 2 years' experience in account management, business development, partnerships, or an equivalent role.
- Background in managing account portfolios from Sales, E-Commerce, FMCG, F&B, Corporate, or Retail industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
