About the Role

As a Senior Supply Chain Planner, you will be responsible for optimizing the supply of components used in Zebra products. This involves collaborating with internal stakeholders and external multi-tier suppliers to drive improvements in delivery performance.

You will be part of a team that plays a pivotal role within the Zebra Global Supply Planning organization, focusing on establishing collaborative end-to-end planning partnerships with both internal stakeholders and external multi-tier suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Procurement team) and external multi-tier suppliers in the APAC region to drive improvements in delivery performance.
  • Participate in the PSM (Part Shortage Management) process to identify, escalate, and solve part shortages impacting our ability to meet customer requirements.
  • Communicate the latest production plans/supply commits from Tier 2 suppliers to Tier 1 suppliers and to the Zebra Global Supply Planning Team.
  • Drive supply agility programs to improve delivery performance.
  • Provide operational support for component transition projects.
  • Ensure compliance with existing open market purchasing strategy, processes, and approved supplier list.
