  • Provide technical and functional expertise to integrate SAP CRM with other SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.

  • Create and maintain project documentation, including functional and technical specifications, to ensure knowledge sharing and process improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5-8+ years of experience in SAP CRM implementation and support, with a proven track record of success.
  • Expertise in configuring SAP CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing), with a deep understanding of SAP CRM architecture and integration with ECC/ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • SAP CRM certification is highly desirable, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field.
