Your Role:
As the leader, you will take the helm of a full functional team, including Sales and Marketing, Mergers and Acquisitions, Business Development, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, and Public Affairs. You will be fully responsible for driving business growth and managing the entire Profit and Loss statement to ensure seamless communication and effective leadership for the group.
- Develop and implement innovative business operation and investment strategies perfectly aligned with the company's global expansion goals.
- Lead the creation of business plans for exporting pharmaceutical products.
- Drive Business Development (BD) and commercial operations, working closely with global teams to seize every business opportunity and achieve outstanding results.
- Identify and explore high-potential investment opportunities, including equity investments, to maximize returns.
- Ensure effective human resource allocation, guiding and mentoring your team to foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and growth.
- Uphold and ensure adherence to internal policies and international regulations, providing compliance guidance to your team.
What We're Looking For:
- Extensive experience in sales and BD operations, with a keen ability to spot and seize investment opportunities.
- 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in a management role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to inspire and drive cross-functional teams.
- Must be willing to travel - 50%.
