Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Support: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the dental clinic, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction and care.
  • Clinical Support: Assist the dentist in examining patients, performing procedures, and maintaining accurate patient records.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and maintaining clinic supplies.
  • Lab Support: Assist with dental lab work, including preparing and dispensing dental materials.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the clinic, including sterilizing equipment and ordering supplies.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients on oral health and provide preventive care, promoting a positive patient experience.
Requirements
  • Clinical Experience: Preference given to candidates with clinical experience, but training will be provided for those without.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with patients, dentists, and other clinic staff.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using dental software and equipment, as well as basic computer skills.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
