Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to maximize revenue generation and donor engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative fundraising strategies to enhance the foundation's financial sustainability.
  • Enhance and optimize existing fundraising programs to maximize revenue generation and donor engagement.
  • Prepare comprehensive proposals, strategic plans, budgets, and supporting materials for the foundation's fundraising initiatives.
  • Identify, secure, and manage grants and sponsorship funding to support the foundation's programs and initiatives.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the foundation and donors, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
  • Strategize and execute stakeholder engagement initiatives to foster strong, long-term partnerships that contribute to the foundation's strategic fundraising objectives.
  • Compile and present performance evaluation reports on the effectiveness and impact of the foundation's fundraising programs and projects to the Chief Executive Officer.

  • Proven experience in business development, fundraising, or a related field.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or finance.
