P2P Service Delivery
  1. Invoices and payment requests are reviewed, validated, and processed to ensure accurate expense coding.
  2. E-claim accuracy is validated against supporting documents to confirm correct attachments.
  3. Payments are executed promptly, including checks, corporate credit cards, electronic transfers, and ACH transactions.
  4. Month End Close activities involve accruals, journal entries, and discrepancy analysis.
  5. Daily operational activities are managed and delivered timely within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  6. AP self-assessment and internal/external audits are supported.
  7. Ad-hoc assignments are undertaken as required.
  8. Services provided meet SLAs and quality standards.
  9. All open/overdue items are resolved in a timely manner.
Reporting Requirements
  1. Reports are prepared, and data entry assistance is provided when required.
  2. Creditors reconciliation (AP account to suppliers' statement) is prepared for assigned portfolios.
  3. Data cleansing activity and data ownership transfer are involved.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Process and execute payments efficiently.
  2. Review and validate invoices and payment requests.
  3. Ensure E-claim accuracy and proper attachments.
  4. Manage daily operational activities within SLAs.
  5. Support AP self-assessment and internal/external audits.
  6. Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required.
  7. Liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues.
Required Skills
  1. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel) and ERP software.
  2. Detail-oriented with ability to visualize larger transaction impacts.
  3. Process-oriented with understanding of financial and operational controls.
  4. Comfortable working with manual and automated processes.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with diverse groups.
  7. Action-oriented to deliver results effectively.
  8. Service-oriented attitude and adaptability to changes.
