About the Role

This is a critical position within the organization, requiring a strong leader who can analyze financial data, develop effective cash management strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of cash management professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to support their growth and development.
  • Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement, developing strategies to enhance cash flow and allocate funds efficiently.
  • Drive initiatives to optimize free cash flow, meeting targets while maintaining financial stability.
  • Prepare daily, monthly, and yearly cash flow forecasts, as well as financial reports for senior management.
  • Draft dividend proposals and Board memos for approval.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in cash and working capital management, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills and knowledge of financial management principles.
  • Able to think strategically, work independently, and make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CFA) are preferred but not required.
