About the Opportunity:

As a senior brand manager at Maxis, you'll play a critical role in developing and executing our brand strategy. With a focus on driving continuous presence in the market, you'll leverage paid, owned, and earned channels to deliver exceptional results.

Main Tasks:
  • Lead the design and execution of branded experiences across retail, social, and digital platforms.
  • Develop a culture-promoting initiative that fosters collaboration and partnership, elevating Maxis' reputation in the community.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.
  • Analyse results and refine strategies to achieve business objectives.
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience in advertising/marketing/brand management.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
