Financial Administrative Assistant

**Job Overview**
RC Leather Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our financial functions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monthly Payroll Processing: You will be responsible for processing monthly payrolls, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assisting with Online and Offline Billing: You will assist in managing online and offline billing processes, including invoicing and reconciliation.
- Stock Inventory Reporting: You will maintain accurate stock inventory records, identifying discrepancies and taking corrective action as necessary.
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation and Monthly Sales Report: You will prepare comprehensive bank reconciliations and monthly sales reports, providing insights into company performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Candidates must possess at least a SPM / Diploma / Degree qualification.
- A minimum of 2-3 years' working experience in an accounting field would be advantageous.
- Experience with SQL Accounting software is a requirement.
