Job Description

Financial Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to senior management.
  • Maintain robust financial systems and processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax laws.
  • Manage cash flow and ensure efficient payment and receipt procedures.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, tracking performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Analyze financial data to inform business decisions and drive growth.

HR Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, from job postings to hiring decisions.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes, including submission of required documents.
  • Process staff payroll and benefits, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.

General Administration:

  • Oversee facility maintenance, office automation, and equipment management.
  • Coordinate general administrative tasks and office operations efficiently.
