Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Business Development Executive to join our team at Unilever. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing customer strategy and business plans, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer business plans in collaboration with the category team and customer marketing teams.
  • Negotiate promotional plans and counterpart agreements with customers to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage overall customer investments and track sales performance across major categories.
  • Act as a key ambassador for Unilever at the customer level and vice versa.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' work experience in Account Management or Field Sales in FMCG industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering top-line and bottom-line results.
