About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Consultant to join our team at TIME's group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling solar PV systems and related services to residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition
    • Identify and research potential customers through various channels, including industry events and online platforms.
    • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Sales and Marketing
    • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to educate clients on solar technology and its advantages.
    • Collaborate with the technical and installation team to ensure a seamless transition from sale to installation.
  • Account Management
    • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and provide exceptional post-sale support, addressing any issues or inquiries promptly.
    • Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and client satisfaction.
  • Business Development
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Professional Certificates or equivalent in Business Studies / Management / Marketing.
  • Experience
    • 0-2 years of related sales experience / fresh graduates are highly welcomed.
    • Senior and team lead roles are also available.
  • Skills
    • Strong time management skills, able to prioritize and meet critical deadlines.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
    • Knowledge in social media advertising and CRM software is an added advantage.
    • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu; Mandarin is an added advantage.
    • Good presentation and writing skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Knowledge of solar PV technology and energy systems is a plus.
