Position Summary

The FP&A Manager (Commercial) at Vinda is responsible for providing strategic financial analysis and support to the Senior Management team, enhancing business control processes, and driving commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monthly Reporting and Analysis of Performance: Prepare monthly management reports, review with the management, and highlight major deviations against budget results.
  • Sales Rebate, Customer Pricing, Marketing Spend: Ensure internal control and continuous improvement on sales rebate, pricing, and marketing spend process.
  • Budgeting and Long Range Plan (LRP): Prepare market budget/LRP for submission, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company-wide financial goals.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant discipline
  • At least 5-7 years working experience in FMCG, MNC or similar industries
  • Independent Decision-Making: Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make critical decisions autonomously
  • Excel Proficiency: Proficient in Excel for financial modeling and data analysis
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in financial reporting and analysis
