Heng Chang Construction Sdn Bhd is seeking a Corporate Accountant to join our team.

The Corporate Accountant will be responsible for handling full set of accounts and other accounting-related tasks, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury and Fixed Asset processes.

Executing day-to-day financial transactions tasks such as preparation of invoice, payment status, banking transaction etc. is also a key responsibility of this role.

Performing month-end closing and result analysis versus forecast for improvement recommendation is a critical aspect of this role.

Ensuring compliance with all accounting, tax, statutory, legislative requirements and policies is crucial in this position.

Liaising with relevant teams to complete the required financial tasks is also an important responsibility of this role.

  • A degree in Finance/Accountancy is required.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the accounting and auditing field is necessary.
  • MS Office & MS Excel skills are essential.
  • Basic written and communication skills in Chinese, English and Malay are necessary to work with relevant stakeholders.
