Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Production Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) processes, including SMT, DIP, assembly, testing, and packaging.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with IPC-A-610 and other industry standards.
  2. Conduct audits and inspections to identify and address quality issues.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
  4. Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Provide technical support and guidance to production teams to ensure quality standards are met.
  6. Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize PCBA production and reduce costs.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in PCBA production and quality assurance.
  3. Strong knowledge of IPC-A-610 and other industry standards.
  4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
