About the DepartmentThe Technology and Operations function consists of five teams with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance, and planning support and services. We collaborate closely to harness technology's power to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising, and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.
Job ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Maintenance/Production Support professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and providing support for critical applications. Your technical expertise along with best practices will be instrumental in delivering fully functional software that meets schedule and requirements.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Providing Level 3 support for critical applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimizing downtime.
- Collaborating with primary product vendors to address and implement application fixes, enhancements, and updates.
- Conducting root cause analysis for recurring issues and working proactively to prevent future occurrences.
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to open systems.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and infrastructure teams, to ensure seamless application support.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 6 years' experience in Delivery, Project, Stakeholder & Vendor Management, preferably with team management responsibilities.
- Experience in Application maintenance/production support with a focus on Level 2 or Level 3 support.
- Hands-on experience with Mainframe, Cardlink/VisionPlus.
- Hands-on experience in Cobol, CICS, JCL.
- Experience in implementing large-scale, highly available applications or other large project implementations.
- A good understanding and experience in the software development cycle.
- Good knowledge of DevOps tools like Endevor, File-Aid, Abend-Aid, Expediter.
- Must have advanced CICS expertise and experience in API or MQ.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar domain; related professional/technical qualification is advantageous.

- Server/Database: VSAM.
- Language: Cobol, CICS, JCL.
- OS: Mainframe ZOS.
