Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Development Manager for Premium Gifts to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing deals with business owners and brand owners for our range of promotional products.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identifying Potential Clients: Proactively identify potential clients and engage with them to build relationships and increase sales.
  2. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads and close deals with business owners & brand owners.
  3. Presentation and Proposal Creation: Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  4. Business Development Process Management: Manage the business development process from start to finish, including negotiations & contracts.

Requirements:

  1. A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is required.
  2. Proven track record of success in business development and sales, preferably in the premium gift industry.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and close deals.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and overcome challenges.
  5. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  6. A willingness to travel to meet clients and attend events as required.
