Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at BID Operations Kuala Lumpur City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients across various communication channels including live chat, email, and telephone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Provide timely and effective assistance to clients through multiple communication channels.
  • Engage with Clients: Respond to client queries and provide information about our trading platforms and service offerings.
  • Resolve Technical Issues: Assist clients in resolving technical and troubleshooting issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Departments: Work closely with different departments to resolve client concerns and ensure seamless support.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in computer usage, with a strong command of CRM systems.
  • Multitasking and Attention to Detail: Demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively and maintain accuracy while managing a high volume of inquiries.
  • Teamwork and Interpersonal Skills: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
